Israel: 'Israel Calling' Pre-Party returns with over 20 acts to take part

  • The Israeli Eurovision pre-party event 'Israel Calling' is returning this years with over 20 acts expected to appear during the show in Tel Aviv. 

    Save the date! On April 7 the Israeli Eurovision pre-party is making its comeback after an absence of three years. In 2016 Tali Eshkoli  first produced the show "Israel Calling" which brought 20 representatives of countries to Israel, in 2017 28 representatives came and in 2018 25 representatives came to Tel Aviv. In 2019 the show did not take place due to the Eurovision Song Contest in Israel and in the years 2020-2021 the corona restrictions did not allow the show to take place in Israel.

    'Israel Calling' will be taking place at Menora Mivtachim Hall  in Tel Aviv and with the show initiated and produced this year by Tali Eshkoli . The contestants will be hosted in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Jerusalem and Heritage and the Tel Aviv Municipality.

    Over 20 acts are exprected to apprear during the show with 7 acts from this year's Eurovision already confirmed. Namely the acts that will perform in Tel Aviv on April 7 are: 

    • Albania – Ronela Hajaiti Sekret
    • Estonia – Stefan – Hope
    • Germany – Malik Harris – Rockstars
    • Montenegro – Vladana – Breathe
    • Malta – Emma Muscat – I Am What I Am
    • Poland – Ochman – River
    • Romania – WRS – Llamame

    Initiator and producer of "Israel Calling" Tali Eshkoli stated:
