Spain: Tonight the Barcelona Eurovision 2022 pre-party takes place

• The series of Eurovision 2022 pre-parties is kicking off this evening from Barcelona with the first pre-party event taking place in the Catalonian city. 

  Eurovision fans and artists will be gathering in majestic Barcelona this evening as the city will host the first Eurovision pre-party which is set to take place at the Sala Apolo. 

  With the tickets sold out the organisers of the event are promising an exciting show with this year's and past Eurovision participants treating the audience with their performances. Sharone and Giuseppe di Bella will have the honor to host the party. 

  A total of 11 Eurovision 2022 competing acts have confirmed their appearance in the party. Namely we will see in Barcelona performing: 

  • Albania: Ronela Hajati - Sekret
  • Czech Republic: We Are Domi - Lights Off
  • Ireland: Brooke - That's Rich
  • Latvia: Citi Zēni - Eat your salad
  • Lithuania: Monika Liu - Sentimentai
  • Malta: Emma Muscat - I Am What I Am
  • Montenegro: Vladana - Breathe
  • Norway: Subwoolfer - Give That Wolf A Banana
  • Romania: WRS - Llamame
  • San Marino: Achille Lauro - Stripper
  • Spain: Chanel - SloMo

   

  In addition some of Eurovision's part participants will grace the stage also: 

  • Conchita Wurst – Eurovision 2014 winner for Austria
  • Jamala – Eurovision 2016 winner  for Ukraine
  • Marta Roure – Andorra's Eurovision 2004 act
  • Rosa Lopez – Spainish Eurovision 2002 representative
  • Senhit – San Marino's act in Eurovision 2011, 2020 and 2021
  • Sunstroke Project – Moldova's Eurovision 2010 & 2017 hopefuls
  • The Roop – Lithuanian Eurovision 2020 & 2021 acts

   

   

  The Eurovision 2022 Pre-Parties 

  With the covid-19 restrictions progressively been lifted, things are returning back to normality for the Eurovision pre parties. While in 202o they were all cancelled due to the covid-19 outbreak and in 2021 some of them went online, this year they are back and ready to treat the audience a taste of what we will see in Turin along with other Eurovision music performances. A total of five pre-party events are set to take place the following weeks up to the Eurovision Song Contest. The timeline has as following: 

  March 26: Barcelona Eurovision Party (Sala Apolo)

  April 3: London Eurovision Party (Hard Rock Hotel -Marble Arch)

  April 7: Israel Calling 2022 (Menora Mivtachim Hall - Tel Aviv)

  April 9: Eurovision in Concert (AFAS - Amsterdam)

  April 14-15: Pre-Party ES (Sala Riviers - Madrid)
