Tonight: The Grand Final show of Melodifestivalen 2022 takes place in Sweden

Sweden’s quest for its Eurovision 2022 representative concludes this evening with the Grand final show of Melodifestivalen 2022.
“Melodifestivalen 2022” saw a total of 5 semi-final rounds taking place the previous weeks and will be selecting the next Swedish Eurovision representative tonight with the grand final show taking place at Friends Arena in Stockholm. The show will be hosted by Oscar Zia. A total of 28 acts took part in this year’s edition, with 7 acts to competing in each of the first four semi-final rounds and 8 acts that had a second chance in the 5th semi final.
Tonight 12 acts are in the race to represent Sweden in Turin. Namely they are the following:
- Klara Hammarström – Run To The Hills
- Theoz – Som du vill
- Anna Bergendahl – Higher Power
- John Lundvik – Änglavakt
- Tone Sekelius – My Way
- Anders Bagge – Bigger Than The Universe
- Robin Bengtsson – Innocent Love
- Faith Kakembo – Freedom
- LIAMOO – Bluffin
- Cornelia Jacobs – Hold Me Closer
- Cazzi Opeia – I Can’t Get Enough
- MEDINA - In i dimman
The outcome will be determined 50% by the public voting and 50% by the votes of an international jury. The countries forming this year's international jury are:
- The Netherlands
- Finland
- Spain
- Australia
- Czech Republic
- Ireland
- Israel
- Italy
