United Kingdom: AJ Odudu will be the Eurovision 2022 spokesperson

  • AJ Odudu has been confirmed as the United Kingdom's  Eurovision 2022 spokesperson.

    The British national broadcaster, BBC,  has revelaed that Aj Odudu will be revealing the jury's 12 points during the jury results in the Grand final night. 

    The final outcome of the Eurovision Song Contest  is determined 50% by the votes of the national juries which are cast during the jury show, one day before the live grand final show and 50% by the public vote the night of the grand final. The presentation of the maximum 12 points of  jury votes is held by the national spokespersons the night of the Grand final. 

     

    A few words for AJ Odudu

    Onatejiro "AJ" Odudu (born 12 February 1988) is a British television presenter. She is best known for co-presenting the 2013 Channel 5 reality show spin-off Big Brother's Bit on the Side, alongside Emma Willis and Rylan Clark-Neal and the 2021 Channel 4 reality show spin off Married at First Sight: Afters.

     

    This year BBC internally selected Sam Ryder to defend the UK's colors in Turin with his song 'SPACE MAN'. The United Kingdom will vote in the second Semi-Final on 12th of May and will compete directly in the Grand Final on 14th of May.
