Lithuania: Silvester Belt to Eurovision 2024 with 'Luktelk'

Silvester Belt is the winner of the Lithuanian national final of Eurovizija.LT 2024 and will be representing the Baltic nation at Eurovision 2024 singing 'Luktelk'.
Eurovizija.LT 2024 was this year's Lithuanian national selection format with 5 qualifying round that led to this evening Grand final show.
Gabrielė Martirosian and Nombeko Augustė Khotseng hosted the show, while Nerijus Trilikauskas served as the Green Room's host. The show featured also last year's representative Monika Linkytė, alongside the nationally acclaimed ensemble MAN-GO.
A total of 10 acts competed in the show delivering their entries in the following order:
- Aistè – “We Will Rule the World”
- Žalvarinis – “Gaudė vėjai”
- Pluie de Comètes – “Be careful”
- Silvester Belt – “Luktelk“
- VB gang – “KABOOM!!!”
- Il Senso – “Time”
- Shower – “Impossible”
- Monika Marija – “Starting Tommorow”
- Queens of Roses – “Walk through fire“
- The Roop – “Simple Joy”
The ressult
The outcome of the national final was determined by a combination of public and jury voting (50% share on the result).
According to the jury's verudict Shower came in first place with Slivester Belt second and The Roop in the 3rd place. Then the public voting was added in in order to determine which three top acts will go into a last Superfinal round of public voting exclusively. The three acts that made it were: Shower, Silverster Belt and The Roop.

Silvestras Beltė (born 26 November 1997), professionally known as Silvester Belt, is a Lithuanian singer and songwriter. Beltė was born in Kaunas, Lithuania. He graduated from the University of Westminster in London with a degree in Commercial Music Performance. After graduating, he returned to Lithuania to work on new electronic/pop materials.
In 2010, Beltė competed in Vaikų Eurovizijos nacionalinė atranka, the Lithuanian preselection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010. He performed the song "Pi-pa-po" and qualified to the final, later placing 8th out of 12 finalists.
In 2017, Silvester competed and later won the Lithuanian reality competition television show Aš – superhitas (I Am a Superhit). Upon winning, he moved from his hometown to Vilnius, where he later released his debut single, "Noise".
Shortly after winning the show, he worked behind the scenes of the television show 2 Barai, the Lithuanian counterpart of the reality competition The Bar.The following year, he competed in the sixth season of X Faktorius, the Lithuanian version of The X Factor, where he was eliminated in the fourth week
Silverster Belt will compete in the first half of the 1st semi-final on May 7 in Malmo Arena.
