Memoria is the more uptempo song among the two candidate entries for Blas. "Memoria" is a song that aims to convey  good energy to the public,  but at the same time, make them  excited. The Spanish hopeful says about this song:

"It is a song with a lot of power, it makes you sing it and get up from your chair. It is a very careful production, with a lot of percussion, with a very powerful set of voices. "The lyrics speak of what you would love to get out of your head, but you know that you will never be able to. Because it makes you remember that you are the version of you today, and it is a way to manage emotions ".

The song has been composed Blas himself along with Steve Daly, Oliver Som  and  Leroy Sánchez.

    2."Voy a quedarme"

The second candidate song for Eurovision 2021 is a  power balad,  a genre that the artist is close to and allows him to show off his  vocal skills on stage.Voy a Quedarme ( I'm going to Stay) is very  sensitive and strong  at the same time that ambitions to move the audience. Blas says about this song:

"I don't even know how to define it. It's an incredible song, full of emotion."

Blas Cantó points out that he would like to  start it  a cappella  so that even the "slightest breath" is heard. This moving ballas is a modern composition, which preserves influences from great classical ballads and created by the performer himself together with  Leroy Sánchez ,  Daniel Ortega 'Dangelo'  and  Dan Hammond. The last two were behind Cantό's ESC 2020 entry 'Universo'.
