Estonia: Tonight the final of Eesti Laul 2020

  • One more country will be determining its Eurovision 2020 representative and entry, as Estonia will be holding its national final show of Eesti Laul 2020.

    After two semi final rounds the final of Eesti Laul will take place tonight at Saku Suurhall in Tallin and will be presented to us by Karl-Erik Taukar and Tõnis Niinemets. A total of 24 acts competed in the two semi final rounds from which six from each semi final made it to this evening’s final show. 

     

     

     

     

    Therefore the 12 acts that will compete in tonight’s final are :

    1. Inger – Only Dream
    2. Rasmus Rändvee – Young
    3. Stefan – By My Side
    4. Synne Valtri feat. Väliharf – Majakad
    5. Uudo Sepp – I’m Sorry. I Messed Up
    6. Uku Suviste – What Love Is 
    7. SHIRA – Out in Space
    8. Anett x Fredi – Write About Me
    9. Jaagup Tuisk – Beautiful Lie 
    10. Traffic –  Üks kord veel
    11. Egert Milder – Georgia (On My Mind)
    12. Laura –  Break Me

    Several names stand out in this year’s final as they are no strangers to the Eurovision family. Namely, Laura with the entry Break me has represented in the past two times Estonia, back in 2005 with the song Let’s get loud and in 2017 with the entry Verona . Both times she didn’t reach the grand final.The group Traffic with Üks kord veelis in this year’s national final line up, member of which is Stig Rasta rerpesented the country in Eurovision 2015 alongside with Elina Born, performing Goodbye to yesterday which came 7th in the final. Twice former Eesti Laul participant is  Uku Suviste this year competing with the song What love is, behind the production of which is  Dimitris Kontopoulos
