Junior Eurovision 2021 Week opens with the Opening Ceremony

The Opening Ceremony of the 19th edition of the Junior Eurovision is set to take place this afternnon in Paris.
The Opening Ceremony that will mark the official week of Junior Eurovision 2021 will take place this afternoon in Paris in Studio Gabriel in the 8th arrondissement of Paris at 17:00 CET.
Charlee Moss, who is the daughter of Marie Myriam, the winner of Eurovision 1977 will have the honor to host the whole event. Due to the covid-19 restrictions the organisers, EBU and France Televisions, have decided none of the the delegations to be presented in persons, with a virtual communication taking place with them during the event.
During the Opening Ceremony, three spots of the running order will be determined; the country that will perform first, the country that will appear on stage last and the position in which the host nation, France will perform. The rest positions of the running order will be decided by the producers of Junior Eurovision 2021 and released after the Opening Ceremony.
