    New voting rules

As something new, this year the Danes have the opportunity to vote in the Grand Prix app all week up to the Danish Melody Grand Prix. From Monday 28 February to Friday 4 March, you can cast one vote on each song every day.

In the first round of voting during the TV showthis year's songs are reduced from eight to three. Here you can vote both in the app and by text message. The three songs, which go on to the second round of voting, are thus found on the basis of the week's and tonight's votes on the app and sms.

In the second round of voting, the vote is reset and the winner is found out of the three remaining songs. Here, it is only the evening's app and sms votes that determine the result. During the TV show, you can cast one vote for each of the songs in each of the two voting rounds.

The Grand Prix app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play from February 18 at 9am. On the same day, the order of the year will be revealed on the TV show.
