Eurovision 2021 : First Rehearsal for TIX from Norway

  • Second act to rehearse today is Andreas Andresen Haukeland aka TIX who takes the stage to perform 'Fallen Angel".

    TIX triumphed in this year's Melodi Grand Prix performing his song "Fallen Angel" securing his way to Rotterdam representing Norway. He is one of Norway's most popular artists. Andreas says that the TIX character dressed in fur, sunglasses and a headband was named TIX as a result of growing up with the diagnosis Tourette's syndrome.

    He's entry Fallen angel is a synthpop ballad which talks about unfulfilled love. TIX himselfs appears as fallen angel that cannot find his way to the sky again. 

     

    The Staging

    TIX's staging is pretty much the same with the one in Melodi Grand Prx. He's clothes are silver colored while wearing white fur and white feathers. He is accompanied by 4 dancers who are dressed in black like devils, while holding chains which are tied on the Tix.

    All of them are on elevated structures. The scene is dark, with the only light falling on Tix. In the background we see gray clouds, while blue lights prevail.Vocallly he delivers the songs really good without any technical issues.
