Eurovision 2021: First Rehearsal for Uku Suviste from Estonia

  • Second act to rehearse today was Uku Suviste from Estonia who will be performing the song "The Lucky One" .

    Uku won the Estonian national final back in 2020 with his entry “What Love Is” and along with it the right to reprsent Estonian at Eurovision 2020 in Rotterdam. Unfortunately the contest never took place cause of the coronavirus pandemic leaving Uku’s ESC journey incomplete.

    He repearted his victory in this year's national final and will have the chance to complete his journey to Rotterdam and make his goal come true as he had attempted to represent the country in 2017 and 2019.  Uku once again has on his composition team Dimitris Kontopoulos and Sharon Vaughn. 

     

    The Staging

    Uku begins his performance standing in the  center of the stage with  lights around him on the floor. On the LED screen lightning with clouds feature the storm effect. As we saw in the national final and music video we see the water effect with  him sinking in water but the chains are left out this time.Vocally he delivers good and of course you can tell the improvement comparing to the national final performance.
