Eurovision 2022: Turin shares ESC 2022 bid Logo projected on Mole Antonelliana

With the Eurovision 2022 host city bidding race in progress one of the favorite cities to host the next competition, Turin, shared with the public its bid logo.
The city of Turin is among the remaining candidate cities and without doubt is one of the strong contenters of the ESC 2022 host city race. The city is aiming to make the candidacy feeling vivid throughout Turin and shared the city's official bid logo by projecting it on one of the most ico iconic buildings, the Mole Antonellian.
The logo that dispalys the outline of the structure and the projection took place with the contribution of Iren, an electric and gas service in the city. The logo itself stands for inclusion, sustainability, and innovation.
The Eurovision 2022 city bidding race is in full swing with RAI's committee and EBU evaluating the submitted bid books. While 17 cities initially send in their application, 11 only met the requirements to continue in the host city race.
In the past years when the contest was a hosted in Italy, it took place in Naples, in 1965, after the victory of Gigliola Cinquetti and in Rome in 1991, after the victory of Toto Cutugno. With the Italian broadaster reviewing these days carefully all parameters and the candidate cities' bidding books the EBU and RAI are expected to reach a final decision by the end of the month.
