Eurovision 2023: UK's BBC and Ukraine's UA: PBC sign a Memorandum of Cooperation

The Eurovision 2023 host broadcaster, BBC and this year's winners, Ukraine's UA:PBC have signed a memorandum of cooperation for the next contest.
The memorandum of cooperation was agreed between the British and the Ukrainian broadcaster ahead of next year's contest and was signed by Mykola Chernotytskyi, Head of the Board of Suspilne Ukraine, and Tim Davie, Director General of the BBC.
The memorandum predicts the integration of Ukrainian artists in next year's organisation. In addition the memorandum points out the design, artwork, theme music and the hosts as potential fields on which the two broadcasters will be working on together.
Mykola Chernotytskyi stated:
“I am grateful to our partners at the BBC for productive cooperation. We have already agreed on the key principles and areas of work to jointly ensure a unique Eurovision. This musical festival will combine modern Ukrainian culture and all the diversity of British music and creativity.”

The 67th edition is set to take place in Liverpool at the M&S Bank Arena on May 9, 11 and 13, 2023.

M&S Bank Arena, is a multi-purpose indoor arena in the city centre of Liverpool, England. The venue hosts live music, comedy performances and sporting events, and forms part of Liverpool event campus ACC Liverpool – an interconnected arena, exhibition and convention centre.
Opened in 2008 the 11,000-seat arena hosted the MTV Europe Music Awards the same year and since then has held host to world-renowned acts such as Andrea Bocelli, Beyoncé, Elton John, Kanye West, Kasabian, The Killers, Lady Gaga, Oasis, Pink, Rihanna, UB40.
