France: Élodie Gossuin confirmed as the Eurovision 2022 spokesperson

The French national broadcaster, France Televisions, have confirmed Élodie Gossuin as the country's spokesperson for Eurovision 2022.
Élodie Gossuin, will be the person revealing the French jury's votes during the voting countdown that will take place in the Grand final live show on May 14, 2022 in Turin.
The final outcome of the Eurovision Song Contest is determined 50% by the votes of the national juries which are cast during the jury show, one day before the live grand final show and 50% by the public vote the night of the grand final. The presentation of the jury votes is held by the national spokespersons the night of the Grand final.
A few words for Élodie
Élodie Gossuin is a popular persona and politician in the country with a wide field of activities throughtout the years. Her name came to fame after winning Miss France 2001. She also achieved a top 10 placing at Miss Universe 2001 and won Miss Europe 2001. In the following years, she became radio and TV host and columnist. Elodie too has a strong relation with Eurovision as she served as the French spokesperson for Eurovision from 2016 to 2018, and was on the panel that contributed in Barbara Pravi's selection for Rotterdam.
Last year she co-hosted the 19th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Paris.
