Israel: X-Factor chair challenge results for the Overs and Bands

• Israel X-factor progressed to the second round of the Chair Challenge stage with the Over 25's and the bands taking the stage.

  After 19 episodes of auditions, from 67 qualifiers the four judges shorlisted 32 acts to form four groups. During the Chair Challenge stage the judges will reduce the acts of their teams from eight to four which will take one of the four chairs avaliable for each team, in order for 16 act to advance to the next stage. 

  The second group to take the stage for the Chair Challenge was Miri Mesika and Margalit Tzan’ani' s Overs and Bands Team formed by: Shimi Tavori, Kama Camila, Lynette , Liron and Adi , Maya Simantov, Trenta Grove Mashin , Stevie John, Ido Bey and Tzuki and Sheeran .

   

  The 4 acts that made it to the next phase of the competition are: 

   

  Adi Cohen and Liron Levi

   

  Ron and Sheeran

  
  Trenta Grove Machine - "Make Hafla Not War"

   

  Lynette - "Clay Walls" (Margalit Tsanani)

  How will the ESC 2022 hopeful and song be determined

  After a number of auditions and shows, once the semi final is held and the four finalists are determined on Channel 13, a second semi final will take place in order to determine the songs the four finalists will perform in the X-factor final show. Each of the four candidates will have to perform two songs selected out of the songs sent in during the submission period. In t this parallel semifinal show one of the two candidate songs will be chosen for each of the four finalists. 

  Thus, the final of X-factor will see the four finalists perform the song chosen in the side semi final show while the final winner will secure the right to represent Israel in Turin at Eurovision 2022.
