Lithuania: The six Pabandom iš naujo! 2022 Heat One qualifiers

• The Lithuanian national selection for Eurovision 2022 kicked off this evening with the first set of 11 acts taking the stage for Heat One of Pabandom iš naujo! 2022 and six of them qualfying to the semifinals.

  Pabandom iš naujo 2022 will consist of six shows. Three qualifying rounds, two semifinals and one Grand final show. This evening 11 acts out of a total of 36 candidates competed in the first heat of the national selection with six of them making it through to the semifinals. 

  The show that was hosted by Ieva Stasiulevičiūtė, Giedrius Masalskis and Richardas Jonaitis, saw  11 acts compete which appaered in the specific running order and received the following points from the jury and public: 

  Elonas Pokanevič – Someday – 11 points (1+ 10)

   

  Joseph June – Deadly – 15  points (8 + 7)

   

  Urtė Šilagalytė – Running Chords – 16 points (4 + 12)

   

  Gabrielė Goštautaitė – Over – 3 points (2 + 1)

   

  Mary Mo – Get Up – 15 points (7 + 8)

   

  Augustė Vedrickaitė – Before You`re 6 ft Under – 16 points (12 + 4)

   

  Sun Francisco – Dream Again – 9 points (6 + 3)

   

  Voldemars Petersons & the Break Hearters – Up – 6 points (1 + 5)

   

  Aldegunda – Holiday – 5 points (3 + 2)

   

  Viktorija Faith – Walk Through the Water – 5 points (5 + 0)

   

  Erica Jennings – Back To Myself – 18 points (12 + 6)

   

  Therefore the six acts that made it to the next semifinals stage according to the points received are: 

  1. Erica Jennings – Back To Myself (18 points)
  2. Urtė Šilagalytė – Running Chords (16 points)
  3. Augustė Vedrickaitė – Before You`re 6 ft Under (16 points)
  4. Mary Mo – Get Up  (15 points)
  5. Joseph June – Deadly  (15  points)
  6. Elonas Pokanevič – Someday  (11 points)

   

  The Lithuanian national selection continues next Saturday with the second heat of Pabandom iš naujo! 2022
