Lithuania: The six Pabandom iš naujo! 2022 Heat Three qualifiers

  • The Lithuanian national selection for Eurovision 2022 continued this evening with a third set of 12 acts taking the stage for Pabandom iš naujo! 2022 Heat Three and six of them qualfying to the semifinals. 

    Pabandom iš naujo 2022 will consist of six shows. Three qualifying rounds, two semifinals and one Grand final show. This evening 12 acts out of a total of 34 candidates competed in the third heat of the national selection with six of them making it through to the semifinals. 

    The show that was hosted by Ieva Stasiulevičiūtė, Giedrius Masalskis and Richardas Jonaitis, saw 12 acts compete which appeared in the specific running order and received the following points by the jury and public: 

     

    1.Gebrasy – Into Your Arms - 14 points (7+7) 5th

     

    2. Mėnulio fazė – Give Me a Sign - 6 points (1+5) 9th

     

    3.Lolita Zero – Not Your Mother - 16 points (6+10) 3rd

     

    4.Monika Liu – Sentimental - 24 points (12+12) 1st

     

    5.Rūta Loop – Call Me From the Cold - 16 points (8+8) 2nd

     

    6.Basas Pegasas – Ponai - 6 points (4+2) 7th

     

    7.Vilija – Šimtas ir vienas - 10 points (10+0) 6th

     

    8.Vasha – Nepaleidi - 6 points (3+3) 8th

     

    9.Emilija Valiukevičiūtė – Overload - 0 points 12th

     

    10.Geleibra – Aš jaučiu tave - 3 points (2+1) 11th

     

    11.Gintarė Korsakaitė – Fantasy Eyes - 11 points (5+6) 5th

     

    12.Živilė Gedvilaitė – Lioness - 4 points (0+4) 10th

     

    Therefore the six acts that made it to the next semifinals stage according to the points received are: 

    1. Monika Liu – Sentimental  (24 points)
    2. Rūta Loop – Call Me From the Cold (16 points)
    3. Lolita Zero – Not Your Mother (16 points)
    4. Gebrasy – Into Your Arms (14 points)
    5. Gintarė Korsakaitė – Fantasy Eyes (11 points)
    6. Vilija – Šimtas ir vienas (10 points)

     

    The Lithuanian national selection continues next Saturday with the first semi-final show according to the confirmed schedule: 

    • 1st Qualifying round – January 8
    • 2nd Qualifying round – January 15
    • 3rd Qualifying round – January 22
    • Semi-Final 1 – January 29
    • Semi-Final 2 – February 5
    • Grand Final – February 12
