The Greek Eurovision 2021 representative, Stefania, has dropped her new single "Wait No More".
Stefania, the talented Greek-Dutch singer that represented Greece at Eurovision 2021 hasn't kept us long from hearing her again, as she is back treating us with some new work, the single 'Wait No More'.
After her follow up single "Mucho Calor" signed by Dimitris Kintopoulos and ARCADE, which initially was submitted as a potential Eurovision entry, Stefania is returning with her new song "Wait No More".
Stefania's new song has been penned by Niels Zuiderhoek, Shannon Rani, Simon Gitsels and Yoshi Breen while behind the production is Niels Zuiderhoek.
Since her appearance in Junior Eurovision and the school scenery in the music video of "Superg!irl" in 2020, Stefania has gone a long way and returns as a young classy female with self-confidence, in a catchy, rhythmical song that is all about desire and the determination of going after the one she wants.
Can you feel the heat yeah, take you by surprise
Am I struck by the margaritas or is it the look in your eyes
Come a little closer, whisper in my ear
Step it up boy, just take it over and tell me what I wanna hear
No hiding behind words no playing around, she puts her cards on the table and delivers straight forward her message: i don't wanna WAIT NO MORE.
Hold me tight and take me up a little high
Wanna dance by the shimmering ocean with you, where the sun sets on fire
Ain’t got time for playing now, if you feel it too
Why don’t you show me every angle, ‘cause we ain’t got nothing to lose
The official music video of her song has been directed by Giovanni Kuijvenhoven and Tamara van der Vos, while the song itself is released under the record the label of CTM Music.
Stefania in Eurovision
Stefania Liberakakis was born 17 December 2002 in Utrecht, also known simply as Stefania, is a Greek–Dutch singer, actress, voice actress and YouTuber.
In 2016 as member of the group Kisses she represented The Netherlands in στην Junior Eurovision 2016 performing the song Kisses and Dancin which came 8th.
In 2020 she was internally selected to represent Greece in Eurovision 2020 with her song 'Supergi!rl'. Unfortunately the contest was cancelled due to the covid-19 pandemic with Stefania losing the chance to complete her journey to Rotterdam. That happened a year after, as ERT decided to continue with the young talented act in Eurovision 2021 where she represented Greece singing the 80's style song 'Last Dance' which brought the country back in the top-10 finishing 10th with 170 points in the overall score.
