  • Anna Odobescu, the act that represented Moldova at Eurovision 2019, is back with her new song ‘My Oh My’ .

Anna Odobescu return with a new piece of work , her new single titled 'My Oh My'.  The Moldovan act teams up once again with the upcoming talented Greek songwriter/composer Georgios Kalpakidis who was behind Anna's Eurovision 2019 entry and has contributed in dozens of Eurovision entries over the past years.

    G. Kalpakidis shared his thoughts with us on Anna's new song and their new collaboration. Talking about the song's meaning he states:

'My Oh My' is all about a woman's erotic desire, the craving for what she deeply needs and wants. The lyrics talk about a strong attraction expressed by her, an intense effort to claim what she desires that can end only in success.

And goes further on saying about how his new collaboration with Anna came up:

I had the idea to write to Anna something different from our participation in Eurovision 2019. Knowing her vocal abilities, I wanted to showcase what she can still do very well. The point was to test herself in a modern, rhythmic and full of energy song and i think the result met my expectations and  justified me. Anna had exactly the same will to record something different. The first hearing of the demo left her excited and so we proceeded with the whole thing.  After "Stay" and "Dreaming", I think that our third single completes a colorful puzzle that will continue to develop.

While the official music video of the song will go public on November 3, 2020 you can listen to Odobescu's new single below:
